You are no longer the woman you were. Not yet the woman you're becoming. That in-between is not a problem to fix. It's a season.

Look outside. The trees don't cling to their leaves. They don't apologise for being bare for a while, and they don't rush spring.

Yet when change happens inside us, we fight it. We hold on to the role, the relationship, the place or the dream we've outgrown. We rush past the grief. We judge ourselves for not being further along.

That feeling isn't a sign you're falling behind. It's a sign you're changing.

This afternoon is an invitation to honour your past, land in your present and get curious about your future, at the pace of the season you're in.

The heart of the afternoon

Four moments of a season of change

We move through them together, one after the other. You write, share in pairs or small groups, and listen. You never share more than you want to.

  1. I.Cycles

    Your inner seasons

    What season are you in?

Look back at the chapters you've lived so far and notice your own rhythm. Name the season you're in today, and what it's asking of you: more rest, more courage, or more letting go.

  2. II.Letting go

    Let it fall

What are you ready to release?

Honour the woman you've been, the roles and stories that carried you, and give yourself permission to grieve what no longer fits.

  3. III.Presence

    The in-between

Who are you, when you're not who you were?

Set the map aside and sit with yourself, here and now. Meet the woman standing between two chapters: what she feels, what she needs, and how to stay with the uncertainty without rushing to fill it.

  4. IV.Curiosity

    Seeds of what's coming

What wants to grow in you?

Look at your future with openness instead of pressure, and plant the first intention for your next season.

Is this for you?

You'll feel at home here if…

  • You feel between two versions of yourself and you're not sure how to move forward.
  • Something in your life has ended or shifted, and you haven't made space to feel it.
  • You want to change, but part of you keeps holding on.
  • You're tired of rushing, and want to grow without erasing where you've been.
  • You want honest conversations with women who simply get it.

It's probably not for you if…

  • You're looking for business cards and elevator pitches.
  • You'd rather keep the conversation at small talk.
  • You want someone to hand you a five-step formula.

You don't need to know what's next. You only need to show up for where you are.

You'll leave with

Something to carry into your next season

  • One intention for your next season, written, decided and yours.
  • A clearer sense of the season you're in and what it's asking of you.
  • Honest connections with women walking through their own changes.
  • A hand-poured Maison Akoma candle to carry the afternoon home.
  • And an afternoon where you didn't have to have it all figured out.

Your facilitator

Hello, I'm Jane-Priscillia

I'll be honest: change hasn't always been easy for me. For a long time I lived in that frustrating in-between, no longer the woman I used to be, and not yet the woman I wanted to become. I kept pushing to get to the other side faster.

Then one day I understood that I could accept this season, right here, right now.

That's when everything shifted. Instead of fighting where I was, I started living it. That is how I embrace life today: with more alignment, and a lot more gentleness.

Today I work as a life coach, helping women reconnect with themselves, rebuild their self-esteem and become the leader of their own lives, in every season.

I created this afternoon to offer the space I once needed myself: a place to pause, honour where you've been, and step into what's coming.

Before you decide

Questions you might have

Do I have to share personal things?
No. You can speak as much or as little as you like. Listening is participating too.
I'm coming alone. Is that strange?
Not at all, you are very welcome to come alone. The afternoon is designed to make it easy to connect naturally.
Is this therapy?
No. It's a guided conversation among women, facilitated with care. If you need deeper support, this can be a beautiful first step, not a replacement.
Do I need to be going through a big life change?
Not at all. Change isn't always dramatic. Sometimes it's a quiet feeling that something no longer fits. Wherever you are, there's a place for you in the circle.
What language is it in?
English.
What's included in my ticket?
  • The full afternoon experience
  • Guided conversations and reflective exercises led by Jane-Priscillia
  • Tea, warm drinks and snacks throughout the afternoon
  • A hand-poured Maison Akoma candle
  • Autumn treats to share at the end
